## Narrative

An employee was conducting their pre-shift on the truck and hit the test button for the fire suppression system. When the test was conducted for unknown reason the system activated and they exited the cab, getting some of the suppression in their eyes. They experienced irritation of eyes and was given drops of ointment in each eye.
