## Narrative

Employee was completing an S.O.P. cleaning out the #1 kiln D.A.A. conveying system. Employee had to position self on the floor to gain access to the south & east side bolts that attach the hopper onto the bottom of the rotary valve. It is while EE was removing the hopper that EE believes EE came in contact with the hydrated lime product causing a skin burn on EE's pants line.
