Employee stated was in the process of installing a roof bolt in the #5 left entry on the 1 Left Section. Employee stated as EE was drilling the hole a piece of draw rock fell from the mine roof and struck the employee on the left forearm. The rock measured 30"" long X 10"" wide X 1"" thick and fell from approximately 2"".
