Narrative

EE was using a metal cutting blade on a hand grinder. Blade caught & kicked back. EE lost control of the grinder & attempted to ""catch"" it. EE sustained an abrasion on right chest, a cut on the left chest and a cut on the left outer forearm. The laceration on left outer forearm was through the skin and in to the muscle tissue, requiring stitches. EE was wearing gloves and PPE.
