Narrative

Employee tripped and fell awkwardly on right leg and knee while walking down an inclined area. This did not involve any compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, machinery, or attitude. Employee continued to work until taken off work by doctor on 8/14/2017.
