Narrative

EE told safety on May 24th of back, leg and knee pain. On June 2, EE sought medical treatment. Diagnosis unclear with possibility of two separate issues or all back related. EE stated stepped in a hole January 28, felt discomfort but continued work. In May EE's pain was below the knee & up the thigh. MRI & surgical notes show degeneration/torn meniscus. Meniscectomy on 7/11.
