EE noticed dust coming out of the air curtain located underneath the canopy on a shuttle car. EE began to clean out dust that had collected in and around the air duct. While using left hand to clean the area, the tip of left little finger came in contact with the rotating impeller causing a laceration and a small fracture to the tip of the finger.
