Narrative

Employee was stung by a bee in the right elbow and administered self an EPI pen injection. Employee was transported to Clinch Valley Medical Center where EE's vitals were monitored for 2 hours but no medical treatment was received and employee was released on the same day with no work restrictions. The MSHA hotline was notified at 2:40 pm because of EE's allergy to bees.
