Narrative

Injured was attending the 16 belt (plant feed) belt transfer at the preparation plant. A rock got stuck in the grizzly bars and employee was using a rake to remove the rock. While pulling on the rake employee felt pain in employee's neck and left shoulder area, and was later diagnosed with a cervical and thoracic strain.
