Narrative

Contract employee was unloading tools from vehicle when employee claims to have hurt their back while unloading hand tools to the ground. Cause of this injury was not lifting properly. Compliance and rules/regs, mining equip., PPE, not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
