## Narrative

Haul truck operator had just received the first dipper load in the truck, and radioed the shovel operator to stop, EE's neck hurt. EE was taken to the ER and taken off work for 2 shifts. EE called in after the 2 shifts, saw EE's PCP, taken off until 8/29. Saw EE's PCP, and taken off another two weeks. Currently ongoing.
