EE was adjusting idle speed on injector pump with the engine running. Left hand was struck by the fan blades. There was a partial amputation of the fatty tissue of the left thumb with no bone involvement, and the left index finger sustained a laceration. Sutures required to close the wound. EE released with restrictions.
