Narrative

Employee was in the process of spotting new belt rollers in the 4W belt, when the employee pinched left hand between causing a laceration resulting in sutures. Cause of injury was awareness. Compliance with rules/regs,PPE,mining equip/systems not a factor Miner proficiency may be a factor
