## Narrative

EE had been working around the mechanic shack and had sat down next to the tool box. While EE was sitting there, a piece of draw (gob) fell out between roof bolts and hit EE on the shoulders and right arm. EE continued to work that day and later went to see a doctor. After a MRI, EE was taken off work to let EE's left shoulder heal (9/1/2017).
