## Narrative

Employee was standing beside a scoop bucket in an intersection loading belt onto a flat car when the employee slipped and fell.  As the employee fell, hand went between the scoop bucket and the ram.  The employee suffered lacerations on right hand after the ram smashed hand against the scoop bucket.
