## Narrative

EE was hitting the inside rod of a 4"" pipe. 2"" diameter steel pipe. EE was using a 10lb sledge hammer. EE hit pipe and hand too close causing ee to smash ee finger. It was the 4th finger (ring finger) on ee left hand.
