A roof fall occurred in 2 to 3 crosscut at 34 room of 67 Headgate Longwall section. The fall was approximately 16 to 18 foot high and 40 foot long. The roof fell due to strata failure above the primary roof support. The area was cribbed of on both sides and dangered off.
