Narrative

While hanging dust hose in hanger, hose hit employees right arm causing hand to get snagged by the hook on the hanger puncturing glove and cutting right index finger. This did not involve any compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, attitude, or machinery.
