## Narrative

A contract employee was roof bolting. The bolter was moving when the employee thought the cable was going to get run over. They flagged and yelled at the operator to stop. When they bent over the operator thought they flagged to resume tramming. When tramming resumed the contract employee got caught between the rib and the ATRS pad.
