Narrative

Changing bottom structure in 12 drive area, when removing the old structure it broke and swung down hitting fire suppression breaking pipe and water sprayed employee. EE fell down and when standing back up ee hit ee head on 12 drive motor causing pain in ee neck and left shoulder.
