The employee stated EE was in the number 5 entry at spad 3592 when the incident occurred. The employee said EE was in the process of dropping down miner cable when EE's shoulder makes a ""popping"" sound. The following day the employee sought medical treatment and was placed on restricted duty. This incident is being reported as a restricted duty.
