## Narrative

IE was opening a small manual slide gate on a coal chute that is used to divert coal fines from the dribble chute to a belt line. When the IE pulled the gate, it came all the way out and landed on IE's right foot causing a laceration to little toe requiring stitches. The IE was wearing all proper PPE.
