Narrative

Employee was stepping off of the left fender of the 16M motor grader after pulling oil sample from the engine. EE stepped onto the ground and stepped on a rock and twisted knee. EE did first aid to knee with a triage doc for a couple of weeks, applying ice and taking it easy but it wasn't getting better. Today. 10-10-2017 ee is going to the clinic to be treated.
