## Narrative

Employee was using a hammer and a chisel to remove metal from the top of a tool car when fragment of metal struck EE in the chin.  Employee did not seek immediate medical treatment and worked all scheduled shifts until being taken off work for surgery to remove the piece of metal on 10/5/2017.
