## Narrative

Employee stepped out of the diesel locomotive EE was operating to open a track switch. As EE did, EE stepped on a flat wood switch tie and rolled EE's left ankle. Employee was diagnosed with a sprain. Employee didn't violate any regulations but failed to watch where EE was stepping. Was wearing required PPE and is properly trained.
