## Narrative

The employee was working at the face of the 857 East loading a round.  When EE turned to retrieve supplies, EE's foot was caught in some mud and EE's knee ""twisted"" and popped causing the employee fell to the ground. EE was taken to the local ER, treated for an apparent patellar dislocation, given a splint, released w/out restrictions and is to follow up with personal physician.
