Narrative

EE was placing bolts on top shell for bottom shell securement. EE was holding top shell bolt with right and on bolt face. While utilizing an impact wrench to tighten a nut EE engaged the wrench, the bolt spun and the bolt face grabbed EE's right hand, crushing EE's thumb against the crusher bottom shell wall. EE sustained a fracture to thumb.
