Narrative

Clearing material from the floor of 13 belt at 134 block (in front of belt cleaner)and was cutting up a 4"" hose with a utility knife when the knife slipped and employee stabbed themselves in the left upper thigh just above the knee, resulting in a laceration that required 4 sutures to close.
