## Narrative

Injured was moving concrete blocks from the track (#2) entry of 1E HG to the belt entry (#1) through the mandoor at 49 block. EE threw the blocks through the door, and then when EE bent over to pick them up on the belt line they felt pain in the lower back. Diagnosed with bulging disc between L4-L5, as well as pre-existing stenosis.
