Employee was operating an Isuzu pickup truck in the 3rd South intake roadway when employee ran over a small rock resulting in the steering wheel being jerked out of employee's hands and spinning to the left and hitting left pinky finger with the steering wheel spokes. Resulting in a fractured bone in the left pinky finger.
