## Narrative

While standing on the roof bolter and reaching to connect curtain to an S hook, had a sharp pain in lower back and down both legs causing body to jerk.  Had experienced similar pain for 2 weeks and sought chiropractic treatment along with the use of an inversion table.  Diagnosed as sciatic inflammation, work related illness.
