## Narrative

On 15 Oct 17, employee was tasked to replace a light bulb. While doing so, the heavy light cover came off and either struck or strained a finger during the attempt to stop the cover from falling. Initially they thought the finger was sprained, but a follow up doctor's visit on 17 Oct 17 revealed a broken ring finger.
