Narrative

Aggl 3 CR Op. experienced shortness of breath, chest pains, sweating & heart palpitations at 5:45pm. Employee called emergency assistance & was sent immediately to local hospital by ambulance. Examination by medical staff ruled out heart related event and employee was sent for additional tests. Medical professionals determined the event was not work related & employee is doing ok.
