## Narrative

Dozer operator was pushing material on stockpile when they backed over a rock, jarring them, and felt pain in the left lower ribcage. Employee requested to be seen by an ERT member, initially declined further treatment. Later they requested to be taken to the ER. Employee was given 2 days off work.
