## Narrative

Employee was in the process of tightening a bolt on a pull down cable on a drill when EE felt a pull in EE's lower abdomen where EE had a previous hernia two years ago. After going to a doctor EE was diagnosed with another hernia in the same area as EE's last one. Employee continues to work as of this date. Management was not notified as to EE's diagnoses until 10-25-2017
