A roof fall occurred not at or above the anchorage point on #3 belt at 70 block which impeded the walkway on the right side of the belt. A rock approximately 7' long X 3' wide X 20"" thick was in the walkway. No other 50.20 criteria applies. We dispute the allegations in citation No.9125868.
