This questionable injury was supposed to have occurred when a fully trained employee was picking up a two gallon spray bottle while cleaning the bathroom. The employee claims that they felt a burn and later when showering they felt a lump in their groin area. The injury was not the result of any compliance issues nor were any protective guards involved.
