EE was on a loader outside of the scale house. EE smelled a sewage smell and lost 3 point contact. EE fell to the ground from the top step onto 1x2"" gravel parking area. Took EE to the hospital for evaluation. EE has a sprained left elbow, hurt right wrist, and a few abrasions. No broken bones according to the x-rays. No MRI was done.
