## Narrative

The No. 77 mantrip was traveling into the mine when the brakes became hot and the caliper caught fire at 15-05 crosscut.  The fire was reported to have burned for 10 to  12 minutes before it was successfully extinguished.  No injuries occurred as a result of the fire.
