## Narrative

Employee was performing belt work along a section belt entry when the ""J"" hooks holding the waterline up to the roof channels, failed causing the waterline to fall onto the employee's shoulder knocking EE to the floor. Employee recently began missing work to have surgery on rotator cuff due to this past injury. Employee didn't violate any regulations and was properly trained.
