## Narrative

Employee reported that while checking cable standards in the mine employee noticed pain in right index finger from repetitive motion.  Employee did not report a specific incident.  The diagnosis was right carpal tunnel syndrome and right index trigger finger.  Employee recently had surgery for a right carpal tunnel release and right A1 pulley release.
