## Narrative

While repairing the support brackets for the utility body underneath a service truck, the employee attempted to remove the bolts from the bracket.  Dirt and rust fell from underneath the truck and struck the employee on the forehead and fell underneath safety glasses.  Dirt or rust went into the employee's eye.
