Employee was using come-a-longs to pull track together, as employee was tightening on the come-a-longs employee felt pain in employee's elbow and shoulder. THE EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN WORKING SINCE THE DATE OF INJURY UNTIL EMPLOYEE WAS TAKEN OFF WORK ON 11/2/17 DUE TO POSSIBLE SURGERY ON BICEP TENDON AND SHOULDER.
