## Narrative

Employee was pulling a 6"" poly pipe line (for pumping water) with a nylon strap. The strap slipped (slack) and allowed employee to stumble backwards. Employee felt pain in lower back as a result. The pain got better but then worsened. On 11-8-17 employee was placed on restrictions which Luminant cannot accommodate. 11-9-17 was first lost time day.
