The EE reports that they have been experiencing soreness and numbness in their hands and wrists, which has been occurring off and on for a few months. The employee is unable to provide a mechanism or singular event that lead to this condition. Employee was seen by a medical professional and was diagnosed and treated for Carpal tunnel Syndrome.
