## Narrative

Employee had a hand on a cluster of hydraulic lines, troubleshooting a leak. Employee grabbed a hose, which was lying up against the frame of the truck and pulled it away, when oil shot out and penetrated the right middle finger. Employee was wearing gloves and had two rags wrapped around the hose.
