## Narrative

While hanging ventilation curtain, employee stepped on a cement block, under the curtain, causing ee to twist ankle and experienced pain in the right ankle.  This did not involve any compliance issues.  Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve attitude, job proficiency, or machinery.
