## Narrative

Employee was cleaning mud buildup on the ball charging conveyer with a hammer. The hammer became lodged between the belt and the tail pulley, pulling the hammer into the belt. The employee's left ring finger was caught between the hammer and the zero speed sensor causing injury to the finger.
