Narrative

Employee needed to reposition the bit basket in the drill deck. Employee bent over and grabbed the bit basket with the left hand and pulled up on the bit basket. Employee felt a pop and an ""electrical shock"" sensation go up the left forearm. Injury to tendon in left forearm.
