## Narrative

Injured was pulling supplies with a Brookeville diesel locomotive.  Injured stood up, looked inby to check trip, struck the back of head against a steel-set beam and then struck lip against the locomotive windshield.  This resulted in a laceration to lip, requiring 20 sutures to close.
